My sister is a garage sale fiend. People run and cower from her when she has her eye on something. This necklace is somewhat a by-product of the Garage Sale Warrior. She brought me back one of the most hideous necklaes I've seen. So, I fixed it! Now nicely separated big beads in yellow, olive, pink and silver to go with so many colors. And much prettier than what The Warrior brought home from the battlefront.

Absolutely perfect necklace for a grad in your life or just someone who's reaching for the stars. Mainly because, you know, that's what the silver star charm says. Reach for the Stars. You don't think I come up with all this material by myself do you? Snort.

Sun Sunny Sunnier Sunflower! This amazing (if I do say so myself) necklace is a 2 strander done in a fade from black to light yellow - just like a sunflower! The 2nd strand on black pleather (it's like leather, but made from pl-cows) has a Thai silver sunflower. Do you see a theme here?

One of the first strings of beads I ever bought, about six years ago, when I was still young and naive in the beading world. Purchased as "Mountain Jade" in a luscious forest green color, they turned out to actually be "Colored Rock" in a luscious forest green color. Ah well, still pretty no matter the name, and set off with sparklies for a girlie touch.
